You confirm that the information you provide for product delivery is accurate when placing an order with us. You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract when placing an order through our website. 

Users must not engage in activities that disrupt or interfere with the functioning of our website. You must also comply with our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect personal information. This includes, but is not limited to:

Custom Stickers Pro shall not be responsible for damages or consequences resulting from unauthorized or improper use of our website or its content. Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit liability where such exclusion or limitation is not permitted by applicable law.

Payment, Order Placement, and Cancellations

You can place orders through our website and pay using the payment methods made available during the ordering process. You will receive an order confirmation or receipt after your order has been placed and confirmed. We reserve the right to cancel an order for reasons including, but not limited to:

• Product availability
• Errors in pricing information
• Fraud or suspected fraudulent activity
• Inability to fulfill the requested order
• Other circumstances that prevent us from completing the order

If we cancel your order, we will notify you by email. You may request cancellation of an order before it enters production by contacting us at: sales@customstickerspro.ca. If an order is canceled after production has started, a cancellation fee may apply.

Return and Refund Policy

Our mission is to deliver superior value in custom stickers, decals, and labels. You may request a return within 7 working days of receiving your order, subject to the conditions of our Return and Refund Policy. Where a return is approved, the amount paid for the product may be refunded to the original payment method, excluding applicable shipping and handling charges.

For a customer requesting a reorder or reprint because of a defective product, photographic evidence of the defective portion may be required within 7 days of receiving the order. We reserve the right to refuse a refund or return where merchandise has been damaged because of failure to follow care instructions, misuse, abuse, neglect, or other customer-related damage.

Reprints

Reprints are available by prior arrangement only. Where a reprint is approved, the customer may be required to return at least 99% of the affected items within 10 business days of delivery. Returned items should be provided in the same packaging in which they were received. Emergency orders may involve additional charges. Such emergency-order charges are non-refundable. Proofs and Color Accuracy

At Custom Stickers Pro, we understand the importance of custom stickers, decals, and labels that accurately represent your design and branding. We offer a range of sizes and work to maintain consistent color throughout the printing process.

Digital Proofs

Customers may request a digital preview of their design before production begins. The digital proof allows customers to review their design before it proceeds to production.

Digital Proof Approval

Customers should carefully review the digital proof, including:

• Text
• Colors
• Artwork
• Design elements
• Layout
• Overall appearance

The proofing process allows customers to identify and request changes before the printing process begins.

Changes and Revisions

Customers may request modifications after receiving a proof, including changes to text, images, colors, or other design elements. Changes should be requested before final approval and production.

Color Accuracy

Our color management processes are designed to provide consistent and accurate color reproduction. Printing involves the use of standard industry color processes and printing equipment.

Pantone Matching System (PMS)

The Pantone Matching System (PMS) may be used when a design requires a specific Pantone color or closer color matching. We will make reasonable efforts to reproduce approved colors as accurately as possible.

Test Prints

For certain large or color-intensive orders, we may offer physical test prints for customer approval before the final production run. Test prints can help customers evaluate colors before full production.

Color Variations

Although we aim to reproduce colors as closely as possible to the approved digital proof, some variation between a digital proof, test print, and finished product may occur. Color may vary depending on:

• Monitor settings
• Substrate or material
• Printing method
• Printing equipment
• Color mode

Customer Content

Custom Stickers Pro cannot be held responsible for printing errors resulting from customer-supplied artwork where the artwork does not meet the required printing specifications. For best printing results, artwork and design images should be supplied in CMYK format with a minimum resolution of 300 DPI.

The customer is responsible for all photographs, images, text, designs, logos, and other content uploaded, posted, or transmitted through the website. You are solely responsible for the content you provide.

You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights and permissions to provide the customer content and that the content does not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party.

You grant Custom Stickers Pro a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and distribute customer content as necessary to provide the website and requested services.

No Liability for Customer-Supplied Errors

We aim to provide accurate information on our website and accurate production based on approved specifications. However, we cannot guarantee that all website information will always be completely free from errors. We reserve the right to correct errors or inaccuracies on the website at any time without prior notice.

Products that are specified to ship flat will be shipped according to the applicable product specifications. Custom Stickers Pro will not be responsible for errors in the final product resulting from customer-approved content or specifications, including:

• Spelling errors
• Grammatical errors
• Font mistakes
• Subsurface patterns
• Graphic punctuation
• Die-line discrepancies
• Crop-mark discrepancies
• Fold discrepancies
• Duplicate printing resulting from approved files
• Variations in final product dimensions

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Custom Stickers Pro, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs, arising out of or connected with:

1. Your use of the website
2. Your violation of these Terms of Service
3. Your breach of the Privacy Policy
4. Your customer content
5. Your violation of applicable laws or third-party rights

Printing

We reserve the right to refuse to print any order that we reasonably determine to be offensive, illegal, infringing, or otherwise inappropriate. Custom Stickers Pro offers options that may allow customers to select printing techniques, product colors, and font styles for custom stickers and labels. Final printing is subject to the applicable product specifications and approved artwork.

Materials

We use high-quality materials for our custom stickers, decals, and labels. The specific material used may vary depending on the product selected. Information about applicable materials may be provided on the relevant product page or through our website. Additional material information may also be available through our website’s blog and product resources. Customers should review product specifications before placing an order.

Overruns and Underruns

We strive to produce each order according to the quantity specified. However, slight quantity variations may occur as part of the printing process. Custom Stickers Pro reserves the right to deliver up to 10% over the ordered quantity or 5% under the ordered quantity without changing the total price of the order.

Production, Order Delivery, and Shipping

Custom Stickers Pro understands the importance of timely production, shipping, and delivery.

Production Time

Production time depends on the complexity and quantity of the order. Once we receive the necessary order information, we begin processing the order according to the applicable production schedule. Standard production typically takes 3–7 business days. Production time may vary depending on:

• Order volume
• Product specifications
• Order complexity
• Artwork requirements
• Production workload

Rush or expedited production options may be available for an additional fee. Customers should contact us regarding rush-order requirements before placing an order.

Shipping

Once an order has been produced, it will be packaged for shipping. Shipping options and availability may depend on the destination, order requirements, and applicable carrier service. We work with reputable shipping companies to deliver orders safely and efficiently. Available shipping options may include:

• Standard shipping
• Fast shipping
• Overnight shipping

Delivery

Standard shipping typically takes 3–5 business days for domestic orders within Canada. International shipments may take longer. Expedited and overnight shipping options may be available for faster delivery. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside our control, including:

• Carrier delays
• Transportation disruptions
• Other delivery-related circumstances

Tracking

A shipping confirmation with tracking information will be sent by email after an order has been shipped. Customers can use the tracking information to monitor the status and progress of their delivery.

Shipping Costs and Charges

Shipping Destinations

Shipping Delays, Lost, or Damaged Orders

Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside our control. If an order is delayed, lost, or damaged during shipping, customers should contact Custom Stickers Pro as soon as possible. Customers may be asked to provide:

• Photographs of damaged products or packaging

Where applicable, Custom Stickers Pro will work with the customer and the shipping carrier to review the issue.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information when placing an order. This includes the recipient name, business name, delivery address, unit or suite number where applicable, city, province or state, postal code, and contact information. Custom Stickers Pro is not responsible for delivery problems resulting from incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer. Additional shipping charges may apply if an order needs to be reshipped because of incorrect delivery information.

Holidays

Custom Stickers Pro may observe certain holidays during which production and shipping operations are suspended. Orders placed during these periods will be processed and shipped after the applicable holiday period. Observed holidays may include:

• Day after New Year’s Day
• St. Patrick’s Day
• Good Friday
• Easter Monday
• Victoria Day / National Patriots’ Day
• Canada Day
• Labour Day
• Thanksgiving
• Christmas Day
• Boxing Day

Holiday schedules may affect production and delivery estimates.

Disclaimer of Warranty

The materials and information on the website are provided on an “as available” basis without warranties or guarantees except where such warranties cannot legally be excluded. Custom Stickers Pro disclaims, to the extent permitted by applicable law, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the website will operate continuously, without interruption, or without errors.

Changes to Our Website and Terms of Service

Custom Stickers Pro reserves the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates or changes to the website. You are responsible for reviewing this page periodically for modifications.
